Owu-Ewie Ebenezer (BBA, Diploma in CBT methodology in Education, MSc Project management, Master of Philosophy in Agribusiness Management and Entrepreneurship)
Mr. Owu-Ewie Ebenezer is the Executive Director of the Letfed Africa Institute, bringing over 13 years of experience in youth development, small and medium enterprise (SME) support, and the informal sector growth. He is a Kaizen expect and a certified ILO Master trainer. He has a proven track record in designing and implementing projects, capacity-building programs that empower young people and entrepreneurs to develop sustainable livelihoods. Mr. Owu-Ewie has led several initiatives focused on skills training, business development, and economic inclusion, working closely with government agencies, development partners, and private sector actors. His leadership is driven by a passion for innovation, accountability, social impact, and inclusive economic growth toward achieving the organisation’s vision and long-term objectives
Mrs. Janet Gyimah-Kessie

Mrs. Janet Gyimah-Kessie (Wife of the Late Paramount Chief of Asante Mampong)
Mrs. Janet Gyimah-Kessie is the board chairperson. She is a dynamic entrepreneur and an advocate for youth development, skill acquisition, and agricultural advancement. She worked with BOG for several years until 2004 when she voluntary resigned to establish her own company.
She is the founder and driving force behind Josma Agro-Industries.What began as a small cassava farm in 2004 has flourished under her leadership into a top-tier producer and processor of cassava-based products.Actively engaged in the company’s daily operations, Mrs. Gyimah-Kessie has successfully positioned Josma Agro-Industries as a key player in the agricultural industry.
As part of her effort to support youth development and skill acquisition, she gave out her full house free of charge to be used as training centre in Mampong for the training of young people in fashion, cosmetology and catering services.
Mrs. Janet Gyimah-Kessie is a disciplinarian and ensures things are done right all the time.
Mr. George Adu

Mr. George Adu is a distinguished lawyer with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. He serves as a board member of the company, providing strategic legal guidance and oversight in governance, compliance, and policy development. With over several years of legal practice, Mr. Adu brings valuable expertise in contract management, regulatory affairs, and corporate leadership. Her commitment to ethical standards and sound decision-making contributes significantly to the company’s sustainable growth and accountability.
Dr. Stephen Asirifi Essel, PHD

Dr. Stephen A. Essel completed his Doctor of Philosohy studies in Business Administration in 2021 and his thesis was on the Impact of E-business to achieve Total Quality Management among ISO 9001 firms in Ghana. He is an interdisciplinary researcher and has great interests in the adoption and integration of emerging technologies and management, total quality management, productivity improvement systems, adoption and application of artificial intelligence in SMEs, sustainability management, etc. He currently works with Management Development and Productivity Institute (MDPI) in Accra, as a Chief Consultant where he has over fifteen years’ experience in facilitating training programmes for both public and private sector organizations in Ghana and the West African region. He is also involved in research and consultancy assignments at MDPI where management and productivity improvement solutions are proposed for businesses to adopt and practice to promote growth and sustainability. He is an adjunct faculty member in the School of Business, Leadership and Legal Studies (SBLL) at Regent University College of Science & Technology (RUCST) in Accra where he teaches courses in e-commerce and e-business systems, digital marketing, e-commerce cyber law and ethics, research methods, strategic management, total quality management at both undergraduate and post-graduate level. He is also a Quantity Surveyor and a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS – Quantity Surveying Division) and is passionate about supporting TVET education through the adoption and practices of precision quality initiatives, attitudinal and soft skills to enhance the delivery of TVET services by Master craft persons and TVET graduates in Ghana.

Millicent Asiedu-Boafo is the Director of Salisberg Hotel Ltd, a hospitality company dedicated to providing exceptional accommodation and customer service experiences. With over 10 years of experience in hotel management and business development, she has led the company’s growth through innovation, quality service delivery, and strong community engagement. Under his leadership, Salisberg Hotel Ltd has expanded its facilities and enhanced its reputation as a preferred destination for both local and international guests. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Entreprenuership and Finance from Kumasi Technical university, and Bachelor of Science Business Administration from Christian Service University College
She is passionate about promoting SME development among women as well as sustainable hospitality practices in Ghana
